WNGH Foundation’s Run4Health 2015

SAVE THE DATE FOR RUN4HEALTH!

After a lonnnng and cold winter, it’s time to enjoy the spring weather and start moving again! On Saturday May 2nd, lace up your runners and come join us for the annual WNGH Foundation’s Run4Health. Registration will begin on April 1st.

Why participate? Well, one of the many reason is that it’s for an amazing cause, since all proceeds will be directed towards the WNGH Equipment Fund! Another great reason is that the event promotes physical activity, which we all know has great benefits! Physical activity not only improves your physical health  but can help significantly improve your mental well-being and reduces stress. It can help strengthen your heart, your lungs,  increase energy levels, help you maintain and achieve a healthy body weight and  even improve your outlook on life!Run4Health2015
